Project Name : E-Syariah System
Overview
E-Syariah is the seventh project of Electronic Government Flagship Application under the Multimedia Super Corridor (MSC). It is an integrated case management system that integrates all the processes involved in the handling of cases of the Syariah Court.
Electronic network that connects the Syariah Courts Ordinance, the Syariah Judiciary Department Malaysia (JKSM) and related agencies established for the purpose of coordinating and sharing information.

What is E-Syariah?
The integrated case management system that integrates all the processes involved in the handling of cases of the Syariah Court.
Electronic network that connects the Syariah Courts Ordinance, the Syariah Judiciary Department Malaysia (JKSM) and related agencies established for the purpose of coordinating and sharing information.
E-Syariah Portal via the public can understand the court procedures, the latest regulations and make inquiries about the status of the case. Faraid calculation will also be made electronically.
E-Syariah features
E-Syariah will bring changes and reforms to the operation in the Syariah Court. It also will streamline case management as well as to streamline the process of handling the registration of Syariah Lawyer.
Daily affairs office can be enhanced through the use of Office Automation System and the Library Management System JKSM simplified the process of ordering books and library materials to reference the Judges and Registrar of the Syariah Court.
E-Syariah Success Story
In 2007 specification requirements has produced improvements that led to gains for a restricted tender in 2008. The appointment of the company to implement the improvement project E-Syariah (E-Syariah system version 2) has been made on the project kick-off ceremony was held on 17 April 2009 at the Putrajaya International Convention Centre (PICC)
